How to Enable and Set Up Conversation AI

First off we need to make sure that Conversation AI feature is turned on within the agency account on GoHighLevel. To check or enable that option we need to first log in into our GoHighLevel agency account.

Next step is to go to “Company” and then under “Conversation AI” you will see a toggle button to enable it on or off. This is important because you won’t be able to use it within your sub-accounts if this option is not turned on. 

Alternatively you can also enable all the other AI features if you will use those features in the future which might be the case for some businesses.

GoHighLevel Company Setting in the Agency Account

After enabling Conversation AI, you need to go to the “Conversation AI” setting (tab) within the agency account. Keep in mind that this is a different setting from this first step since now we want to enable Conversation AI within a specific sub-account. 

Once you land in the sub-account setting for the Conversation AI make sure to pick the sub-account where you want to enable Conversation AI for. It’s really simple, you only need to turn on this feature with a toggle on or off.

Once this is done, we can switch to the sub-account where we enabled Conversation AI for and from there we can start creating our own AI chatbot. Conversation AI is just a simple saying for an AI chatbot, keep that in mind. 

Switching to Another Sub-Account in GoHighLevel

While in that sub-account go to Settings and click on Conversation AI tab within the settings. From there you can change the Bot Settings, Bot Trial, Bot Training and Configure Intents for your specific chatbot.
