Google Email Account Option

The key to syncing or integrating your Calendly account with GoHighLevel lies in the email account you used to create your Calendly page. You can use a Google or Outlook account to set up your Calendly. This guide will focus on GoHighLevel integration with Calendly accounts created through a Google email account. 

After creating and setting up your Calendly platform, your account is automatically synced to your Google account. However, you must also ensure your Calendly account is connected to Google Calendar.

To integrate your GoHighLevel account with Calendly, you must use the Integrations option provided in the Calendly interface. It is important to note that your Google email address is one of the options in the automated message supplied in the GoHighLevel user calendar configuration box when editing your sub-account. This will be explained later in the article. 

Steps To Successfully Syncing Calendly To GoHighLevel

  1. Locate The Integrations Option in Calendly: On your Calendly interface, click the settings icon attached to any event type. There, you will find a drop-down menu with an edit option. Click on the edit option, and it will expand to display a horizontal arrangement of the Home, Integrations, Help, etc. options at the top right part of the interface. 
  1. Get The Email Address Connected to Your Calendly: There are two ways to obtain the email attached to your Calendly accountsome text
    1. Open integrations and scroll to the list of application software that may have been synced to your Calendly. This could include Chrome, Edge, Outlook, and so on. The option we are looking for here is Google Calendar. 
    2. A second way to locate your Google Calendly email account is to go to your account settings from the drop-down menu and click the Calendar connections option. When you click on this, your already synced Google Calendar should appear under “My Calendar Account, " with the email address, which you should copy. 
  1. Head to the GoHighLevel Integrations Function Under Your Sub-Accounts: Once you have secured your Google email account by copying it, move to your GoHighLevel tab and click on your sub-account. The sub-account can be found in the left row of the interface. Here, you will find several options, including the GoHighLevel Integrations function.
  1. Sign In With Your Google Account: When the integrations interface opens, it will display similarly to your Calendly integrations interface, making it easier to navigate. Sign in with your Google account, which you copied from Calendly. 
  1. Go Back To “My Staff”: Once you have successfully added your Google email account to GoHighLevel Integrations, navigate back to “My Staff.” Here, you should edit your sub-account details and activate your Calendly account in the “User Calendar Configuration” box. 

Note: To activate this function, you should be properly logged in on the GoHighLevel integrations console. If you are syncing on behalf of a client, ensure the individual is logged in on GoHighLevel integrations with their Google account connected to Google Calendar and Calendly.

If the client’s Calendly account does not correlate with their Google Calendar account during GoHighLevel integration, the automated message in the GoHighLevel user calendar configuration box will state this: “No Google or Outlook accounts added for this team member in the current location. Please ask your team member to log in through his or her account and add Google connection from his or her integration settings.”
